Blood Pressure Experiment : Black Pearl Garlic

 Ataya P : The researcher said that eating black garlic is good for your health. It can reduce cholesterol and your blood pressure. So that I tried to testing it with my own body. 


Black Pearl Garlic

Before eating black garlic (123/88 mmHg)

 
 

After ate black garlic for about 20 minute (128/83 mmHg)

As result, My blood pressure SYS value increased from 123 to 128 mmHg (+5 mmHg) and DIA value decreased from 88 to 83 mmHg (-5 mmHg)

I can not said that it working with my body. May be you need to eat the black garlic everyday to be more effective.
