Ataya P : Some researches said that watermelon can reduce your blood pressure. So, I tried it myself to find out that is true or not ?

I ate 3 pieces of these watermelons |

Before eating watermelon (136/93 mmHg) |
|
After ate watermelon about 1 hour (137/91 mmHg) |
|
As result, My blood pressure SYS value increased from 136 to 137 mmHg (+1
mmHg) and DIA value decreased from 93 to 91 mmHg (-2 mmHg)
It seems that eating watermelon doesn't effect to my blood pressure that much.
